KendyCo, LLC is owned and operated by Ken & Cindy Ott, who have been Anthem residents and property owners for 7 years.

We are blessed to have been able to travel extensively over the years, and one of our primary concerns has always been the care and integrity of our home while we were gone.  We have asked friends and family to "watch our stuff" while we were away, and have even had someone stay in our home while we were away.  As you can imagine nobody even came close to taking care of our home the way we did, and upon our return we often found it in disrepair and lacking in any TLC.

Realizing that other home owners were experiencing the same problems, we began Kendy Home Watch Service.  We are able to provide a high quality service at a reasonable cost, and like our motto says, the end result is "Caring for YOUR HOME like it was OUR HOME".

We began owning, managing and caring for homes, duplexes and apartments in 1978, and can provide the type of quality service and experience you deserve and expect when it come to watching your home.

Having lived in the area we are well aware of the concerns Anthem, Desert Hills, New River, Tramonto and all Arizona home owners have, including the desert climate, security and the ongoing care necessary to properly maintain a home.  We have the same concerns about our home and will watch your home during your absence like it was our own.
