SERVICES
During each visit to your home we will make a complete exterior and interior inspection of the premises for any problems that may exist, or any maintenance irregularities that have occurred.
Examples of the BASIC SERVICES provided:
Pick up newspapers and fliers that have accumulated in the driveway or at the front door.

Inspect exterior for signs of vandalism, weather damage, discontinued or interrupted pool and/or landscape maintenance services, irrigation leaks or concerns, outdoor lighting, and any other irregularities.

Check security system and confirm all doors and windows remain secure.

Inspect interior for evidence of water damage, leaks, mold, pest infestation or other problems.
Flush toilets and run faucets and other water fixtures to assure proper working condition.
Check lighting timers, and periodically turn lights on and off.
Ensure that appliances, air conditioner and water heater are working properly.
Water inside plants up to 10 (more inclusive service available).
VACATION / LIMITED SERVICES PLAN:

RATES

Basic Home Watch Services:
Weekly Visits:
Up to 2,500 sqft - $120 per month ($30 per visit)
2,500 to 4,000 sqft - $140 per month ($35 per visit)
Over 4,000 sqft - varies
Two Visits Per Month:
Up to 2,500 sqft - $70 per month ($35 per visit)
2,500 to 4,000 sqft - $80 per month ($40 per visit)
Over 4,000 sqft - varies
One Visit Per Month:
Up to 2,500 sqft - $40 per month ($40 per visit)
2,500 to 4,000 sqft - $45 per month ($45 per visit)
Over 4,000 sqft - varies
Vacation / Limited Services:
Up to 2,500 sqft - $30 per visit
2,500 to 4,000 sqft - $35 per visit
Over 4,000 sqft - varies
Additional Services Available:
Meeting Service Providers such as Pest Control, Cleaning Service, Maintenance or Repair, Heating & Air Condition Service, etc.: $30 per visit, plus $25 per hour in excess of one hour*
Emergency Response Services:
If you would like Emergency Response Services, please notify your alarm company that Kendy Home Watch Service is a key holder and NOT a security company. As such, we will respond to alarm notification in as timely a fashion as scheduling permits. Service call charges include property inspection after alarm notification and re-arming system. Owner will be notified if there are any visible signs of intrusion or damage: $40 per service, plus $25 per hour in excess of one hour*
Auto Watch:
Visual inspection & turn over engine - $3 per visit
Test drive, check A/C, & inspect for leaks - $5 per visit
Home Closing: Prepare home after your departure for an extended period of vacancy. $50 per service
Home Opening: Prepare home for your arrival. $50 per service
Additional Site Visits: $30 per visit, plus $25 per hour in excess of one hour*
Optional Services: In order to meet your specific needs, additional services can be provided upon request.
Examples: Home Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Window Washing, Landscape Clean Up, Extra Plant Watering, Handy-Man, Plumber, HVAC, Electrical, etc. (Recommended Service Providers)
Please Note:
Any service outside normal business hours (8:00 AM until 5:00 PM), Monday through Friday, including weekend service, holiday and emergency service will be billed at an additional $10 per hour.
A 24-hour notice is appreciated for all requested services outside of your regular inspection schedule in order to minimize interference with other client's services.
Any distance traveled outside of a 5-mile radius will be billed at $0.50 per mile.
*Services performed on an hourly basis will be billed in 30-minute increments.
